MAINTENANCE
Brass Key Property Management offers full service maintenance.
We work with the best contractors in the area and also have excellent, highly skilled maintenance staff.
In-house maintenance includes grounds cleaning, painting, plumbing and more. We do snow removal, carpentry, power washing and dump truck service.
Effective preventive maintenance has been a key to keeping our properties full and operating at peak efficiency and at the lowest cost. All existing vendor contracts are reviewed to ensure that the owner is receiving the best possible service for the money.
COLLECTIONS
All rents, common area maintenance charges, operating expense escalation charges, taxes, percentage rents, and other charges are billed are collected as they become due and payable.
